What is EZmail?

EZmail is our standard, web based email that comes with the purchase of any Z57 website or domain. You can have up to 5 email accounts created for free per domain. (If you need more email accounts than that, I would recommend looking into our upgraded EZmail Premier.)

An EZmail address can be anything you would like ending in @yourdomain (ie. daydree@daydreesnow.com) The password can also be set to be anything you would like. It can be set up so you can login online from any computer, have it to forward to an existing email address, or have it pull into Outlook (or an equivolent email program, including phones with email).

Do I have EZmail set up?

If you did not specifically request to have an email account, probably not. You can contact a Customer Support Rep at 800-899-8148 to check or to create one.

How do I create an EZmail account?

Contact our Customer Support at 800-899-8148 and ask them to set it up for you. Let them know: 1) The desired email address, 2) The desired password (can be anything), and 3) Whether you would like it to forward to an existing email address.

How do I login to EZmail?

To login to your EZmail account from any computer, go to www.ezmail.yourdomain (ie www.ezmail.daydreesnow.com. Don't forget the .com, .net, etc!) Put in your full email address into the username. The password is case sensitive. If you cannot remember your login, or if you are not sure whether you have set up any accounts, contact our Customer Support at 800-899-8148.

What is Email Forwarding?

Your EZmail can be set up to automatically forward to any other existing email address that you have.  (NOTE: If you wish to have an outside email forward TO your ezmail, you will need to set that up through your outside email, as we do not have access to it). 

How do I Set Up an Email Forward?

We can set up your email to forward directly to your other email, or we can set it up to save a copy in your ezmail inbox.  We can also set it to forward to multiple email accounts.

How do I set up my EZmail to Outlook?

Because there are several different versions of Outlook, as well as several other similar progams (like Mozilla Thunderbird), the way you access the email account setup page and what appears there will vary. The following settings should apply to most.

  1. Type: POP3 Account
  2. Email Address: Your full email address
  3. Username: Your full email address again
  4. Password: This is case sensitive
  5. Incoming Mail Server/POP3: mail.yourdomain (don't forget the .com or .net, etc!)
  6. Outgoing Mail Server/SMTP: We do not provide the outgoing mail server for your outlook. You must get this through your Internet Service Provider (the company you pay your internet bill to).  Click here to open or download an excel  list of common ISPs and their Mail Servers
  7. Remember Password: Yes
  8. Log on using Secure Password Authentication: No

What is an Incoming Mail Server/Pop3?

The incoming mail server tells your email program where to go to access your mail. For EZmail, you should select POP3 as the type. If you encounter an error pertaining to the incoming mail server, please check the POP3 settings in your account setup. If you continue to have problems and are certain the settings are correct, verify that you are connected to the internet and contact us at 800-899-8148 since it is possible we may be experiencing problems with our servers.

What is an Outgoing Mail Server/SMTP?

The outgoing mail server tells your email program how to send outgoing mail. For regular EZmail, we do not provide an outgoing mail server; you must use the one provided by your ISP (Internet Service Provider), or the company that you pay for your internet. If you encounter an error pertaining to the outgoing mail server or sending mail, check your SMTP settings in your account setup. If you continue to have problems and are certain the settings are correct, verify that you are connected to the internet and contact your ISP to see if they are experiencing problems with their servers.

NOTE: Wireless internet/laptop users may experience trouble setting up an Outgoing Mail Server through their ISP. Also, a handful of ISPs do not provide Outgoing Mail Servers. If you encounter either of these, I would recommend looking into our EZmail Premier, which does include an outgoing mail server; or using the webbased login instead.

What is EZmail Premier?

EZmail Premier is an optional, advanced email upgrade that you would pay for on an annual basis (cost determined by how many different email accounts are needed.)

EZmail Premier has similar functionality to Outlook, including the ability to pull external email accounts all into one inbox, a calendar, the ability to create aliases and forwards, the ability to choose which email address you are replying from, and more. It is webbased, so it is accessible via the internet from any computer. EZmail premier users are also given a managing account to set up your own email accounts (the number of separate accounts is limitted per the package purchased), unlimitted aliases and forwards, disk space alottment, and passwords. This is especially beneficial for brokerages.

How do I know whether I have EZmail or EZmail Premier?

If you do not remember paying an annual fee to setup your email, you probably have regular ezmail. To be sure, you can pull up your login screen at www.ezmail.yourdomain (don't forget the .com or .net, etc).

  • The regular ezmail login screen has a gray and blue Z57 icon and says "version 1.4.3a-1" and a notice of a security upgrade.
  • The EZmail premier login screen has a large ezmail icon in front of a blue and red mailbox. There is a dropdown menu that is set by default at Version 2.0

Cell Phone Alerts

You can set up the website to send a text message to your cell phone whenever somebody fills out a lead capture form. Login to your Marketing Control Center, click on "Personalize" and "Contact Info". In the "Cell Phone Alerts" box, type in the email address associated with your cell phone.

What are MX records?

MXrecords are a setting on your domain that controls which server your email goes through. This will only be relevent to you if you would like to use a separate email provider for email ending in @yourdomain (ie your website is with Z57, but you would like Godaddy to host your email).
